TAAT Shipping Policy
Please note: due to COVID-19, our carriers are currently experiencing significant delays that are unfortunately outside of our control. You can expect an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered and up to 5 days before you see any movement on your tracking ID after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Cost
For a limited time, QNST is offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING* on all online orders of 6 cartons or more. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to areas outside of continental USA. This offer may be combined with other offers and brand promotions. No coupon code necessary.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or sign in to your account.

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order will be fulfilled within 48hrs. You will only receive the shipping confirmation email when your item has shipped.

What you should know:

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship only to states where it is legally permissible to sell combustible hemp products.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time – orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed depending on order time.

You will not be charged for items purchased with a credit card until the items have been shipped.

Due to State regulations, QNST is unable to process and ship TAAT to Idaho, Hawaii, Iowa, South Dakota and New Hampshire.

TAAT Return Policy
QNST does not accept returns of TAAT products as all sales are final.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.

Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option.
Galaxy Treats Shipping Policy
Applies to all US shipments
We will not ship to a P.O. Box, which is unable to acquire a signature or anywhere outside of the United States. If your state is not listed upon checkout, it is likely due to legality issues of our products within that state.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Order processing time typically takes 2-3 business days in which orders will be shipping within that time frame.
Once shipped please allow 5-7 days for delivery depending on shipping address.
Galaxy Treats does not take responsibility of products once they are handed off to the shipping carrier. All lost or damaged products will need to be claimed through the shipping carrier.

NO CANCELLATIONS ARE GUARANTEED
We will try to accommodate any request but cannot guarantee customer service will see your request before your order is shipped to you.
This policy includes cancellations for any reason, as well as requests for changes in shipping addresses. If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, Galaxy Treats is not responsible for a replacement, refund, or credit.
If we are unable to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will need to mail back the unopened product, in its sealed condition in order to possibly qualify for a refund.
If a package was shipped to the wrong address input upon checkout Galaxy Treats is not responsible for retrieving the product.
Galaxy Treats has the right to deny any refund/cancellation for any reason or to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
Refunds are not guaranteed and no returns will be given if you have not contacted us within 10 days of your purchase being delivered. You will need to send back the unused portion of your product before being issued a refund or exchange. A restocking fee may apply.
We stand behind the quality of our products but the effectiveness of a product will not be considered a valid refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
If a product arrives damaged and unusable you must notify us the day of product arrival via email at QNSTDIST@gmail.com. Please include Order Number as well as a picture of the current state of the damaged product.
With a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, return shipping we will either send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to place on the return box or reimburse you for USPS first class shipping.
We retain the right to deny any refund for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
